Small group classes have a six to ten person maximum so you will always receive individual attention and instruction. Group classes are drop-in or advance sign-up through our website.<\/p>\n
All of our staff has years of experience, and in depth anatomy and movement trainings which provide the Sanctuary client with the highest level of expertise available.<\/p>\n
