Sound scary? It&#8217;s not! Inverting can be as simple as a roll down or a downward dog, and the benefits are endless. \u00a0Aside from the obvious balance and focus enhancing attributes, inversions are a fantastic way to improve circulation, relieve stress, strengthen ligaments, and reduce pain in overworked muscles. \u00a0We want you to experience all of these things!
